| Afstudeerproject Sociaal Juridische Dienstverlening | In dit afstudeerproject geven wij een uiteenzetting over het huidige Nederlandse omgangsrecht. Om tot een goed beeld te komen beginnen wij met een weergave van de geschiedenis van dit omgangsrecht, vroeger 'bezoekrecht' geheten.
